  • All items in their original condition, and items that were damaged during shipment, may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item. Items that were damaged after opening them cannot be returned.

  • Yes! Just go to the “contact” page and send us a message specifying what you are looking for. Please keep in mind that not all custom orders can be fulfilled. Sann makes each piece by hand one at a time, therefore, large orders may not be possible at this time whereas a custom vase, mug, or birdhouse typically would be. Prices for custom items vary and are based on the time it takes, the materials used, and shipping.
